The villa is part of the exclusive Araya Treetops estate, on the hillside overlooking Surin and Bang Tao beaches.

Entry is through electronic gates though lower level private gardens and covered parking leading up through a dedicated and independent guest bedroom level to arrive at the central living rooms, deck, pool and sala. THE VILLA LAYOUT

Spanning generously across three levels, its 10-metre pool centrally positioned to make the most of the sea and sunset views. The 10-metre saltwater infinity pool is framed by a sand-washed deck topped with six shaded loungers, and a built-in sofa – plenty of choice here to lie back and soak up the views. Towards the back of the terrace is a convenient outdoor shower. A shaded lounge in an alcove of the central pavilion makes the perfect spot for sunset cocktails.

The living pavilion and the dining and kitchen pavilion face each other from opposite ends of the pool. Staircases on each side of the central pavilion lead to the two lower-floor bedrooms and to the villa’s car park.The living pavilion features soft cream sofas, a home theatre system with 42-inch screen, and sliding glass doors on two sides to allow for natural light and optimal views.

BEDROOMS

Each of the four spacious air-conditioned bedroom suites feature ensuite bathrooms, walk-through dressing areas and large, privately screened windows.

MASTER SUITE

Occupying the entire top floor of the central pavilion, the spacious master suite offers lofty views over the pool and across the sea. A spiral wooden staircase leads up to the suite, giving it a secluded feel. The bedroom area, furnished with a king-size bed, soft lounge chair, flat-screen TV and ceiling fan.

GUEST SUITES

On the lower floor of the villa, at opposite ends of a long corridor, two twin-bedded guest suites make peaceful and private escapes and a soft lounge chair. Each room has a private balcony with either a sea or garden view. Adjacent walk-through wardrobes lead to the ensuite bathrooms, complete with double bathtubs, single vanities and showers.
